As a Division 1 National gymnastics athlete and Doctor in Physiopathology, understanding how our body works has always been a passion. I teach Pilates on mat and on machine.
I teach also Atmananda Yoga, accessible to everyone, which incorporates traditions of Hatha, Iyengar and Ashtanga yoga to create a Vinyasa sequence with an important focus on precision and alignment to avoid any injury.
Atmananda Yoga class is a dynamic sequence intended to work the whole body, in which we maintain some positions on 5 breaths. I will be grateful to share my knowledges with you and I will always adapt my classes to your personal needs.
