. Sports educators with a Sport Educator’s State Certificate or a Professional Gym-Foce-Form Activity Certificate or equivalent

. Personal trainers or coaches

. Trainers and sports educators

. Health professionals (Physiotherapist, midwives or other)

. Dance teachers of Pilates, fitness and / or physical education

Requirements

. Have validated basis module or equivalent

. Have the Matwork I certification

. Have participated to the Matwork II module

Goals

. Be able to teach Pilates with small equipment, including good body positions

. Know the equipment (ball, foam roller, Pilates ring)

. Learning each movement with the equipment, the different options, points of attention, visualizations, motor muscles and stabilizers

. Know the Pilates movements with equipments and options

. Recognize and correct trainee’s default

. Be able to carry out sequences of Pilates movements with small fluids and logics equipment, adapted to new trainees

. Learning the different positions for adoption

. Discovering of used equipment

. Learning of all movement with equipment, different options, objectives, attention points, visualizations, motor muscles and stabilizers

. Work of individual and personal realization of each movement

. Putting the teaching of each movement into practice
